Here is all the information on our shipping methods, delivery times and different prices. Delivery: We have just changed our site and are opening our shipments to Metropolitan France, Andorra, Monaco, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

Track a package

For any complaint about your parcel tracking, please bring your parcel number and contact Chronopost: 09.69.39.13.91

 

Make a return:

Simply go to your customer account and click on the "Return of goods" section, once your return has been accepted, you can print the return document, attach it to your package and send it to us at your expense . following address:

The returned pair must not have been worn, and will be returned in its original box and which will itself be well wrapped in plastic or cardboard.
As soon as your item is returned, and after examination, we will refund your order to your bank account.

If you wish, we can create a Chronopost return label for you at the price of 9€ which we will send to you by email.

You can drop off the package at a relay point without worrying about postage. The package will also be insured.
